Moldova to do recounting of election votes April 15

CEC chairman Eugeniu Stirbu told reporters after a meeting of commission members the recounting will take one day. ?We?ve told the precinct electoral commissions to deliver the protocols of the recounting to us April 16 at the latest,? Stirbu said. The effort will involve all the members of electoral commissions at polling stations, like it was on the night after the election ? that is, about 20,000 people, Stirbu said. The ballots will be recounted in the presence of political party activists and observers. ?Thus, we?ve established the recounting procedure that must be as operative and transparent as possible,?
