Moldova’s former acting premier to be nominated to PM’s post again

CHISINAU. December 31. KAZINFORM Moldova's former Acting Prime Minister Vlad Filat will be nominated to the prime-ministerial position again, the newly elected speaker of the national parliament, Marian Lupu said Thursday; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
Lupu, who by virtue of his post is considered to be the country's Acting President, said he will sign a decree on Filat's nomination Friday.
Under the national Constitution, a candidate to the Prime Minister's post is expected to present a program of action and a list of candidates for the ministerial positions within fifteen days after nomination.
The vote of confidence in the government is expressed by a majority vote in parliament.
