According to him, the necessary conditions for engaging in labour activity in partner countries have been created.

Thus, when looking for employment there is no need to prove the education by any documents. "In other words, no additional procedures accept for already established. If someone has a document proving his education, no confirmation is needed. It is enough to be hired within the Union," he specified.

According to him, the citizens arriving from the EEU member-states are eligible for the same professional and social preferences as local residents. They have the same right to send their children to educational institutions and use the services of the healthcare organizations. "The exception is civil service and military service. This is the right of the country's citizens," he added.

He also noted that migrant workers did not need to receive any permission for engaging in labour activity within the Union.
