Medvedev congratulates S.Akhmetov on his appointment as Kazakh PM
ASTANA-MOSCOW. September 26. KAZINFORM Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Serik Akhmetov on his appointment as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazinform has learnt from the official website of the Russian Government.
The message reads, in part:
"I am confident that your activities in this high post will further strengthen the relationship of friendship and strategic partnership that unite Russia and Kazakhstan.
"I hope that we will work together constructively to effectively address the challenges in the development of Russian-Kazakh cooperation in trade, the economy, science, technology, humanitarian and other spheres, as well as in ensuring the rapid development of integration processes within the framework of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space."
