MEBP RK to developed mechanisms on transfer to akimats taxes and fees from MSB until the end of the year
ASTANA. November 5. KAZINFORM - Within realization of the second stage of the Concept of local government the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning develops the offers providing transfer of taxes and fees from small business to local authorities, head of department Erbolat Dosayev said at the press conference in CCS, accordignt to the web-site of the Prime Minister.
"Until the end of the current year offers on transfer of part of taxes and fees from small business on local level of self-government for ensuring interest of local authorities in increase in profitable base will be prepared," E.Dosayev said.
According to him, in 2013 within the first stage of implementation of the Concept a number of functions was transferred to local level of public administration.
"These measures allowed to expand powers of local authorities of the bottom level in decision-making in economic and social spheres, and also in questions of local value," the minister added.
