Mayor of Astana hands out Altyn Belgy award pins to best school leavers
ASTANA. June 22. KAZINFORM Mayor of Astana city Imangali Tasmagambetov presented the Altyn Belgyaward pins to the best school leavers of the capital yesterday at the central square of the city; Kazinform reports.
"I am sure you will invest your best efforts into making Astana a more advanced and creative city. I wish you success in your future achievements, unflagging energy, health and enthusiasm", - I. Tasmagambetov said in his speech.
This year 73 secondary school leavers of the capital have received Altyn Belgy award pin and 25 people confirmed their certificate with distinction according to the results of the Unified National Testing (UNT). Totally 3, 032 school leavers passed the UNT. 414 of them (16.4 per cent) have received more than 100 marks. Following the results of the Testing four capital schools entered the best 100 schools of the country.
