MAX-2013 participants plan to sweep Kazakhstani market
MOSCOW. August 28. KAZINFORM - XI International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2013 participants from foreign countries consider Kazakhstan as a potential importer of advanced aviation technology.
Note that, MAX-2013 takes place from August 27 till September 1 in Zhukovsky town near Moscow city, at the Gromov Flight Research Institute airfield. Aviaforum focuses on the development of contacts between experts within aerospace industry. On-site air show traditionally demonstrates advanced and prototype aircraft and weapon systems.
According to the words of Alexander Evdokimov, "Cessna Aircraft" (Cessna Aircraft Company, USA) representative in Kazakhstan and Russia, the American aircraft manufacturer is eager to find its niche in the Kazakh aviation park. Main emphasis is being done on a single-engine turboprop utility-type jet called «Cessna Grand Caravan».
Karim Badir from the United Arab Emirates said that Arab private producer of unmanned aerial vehicles «Adcom Systems» considers cooperation with Kazakhstan as one of the most promising.
More than a thousand companies from 40 countries of the world presented their proposals for the aerospace industry.
However, none of the Kazakhstani company or group of developers were presented at the aviaforume.
