Maternal mortality in Kazakhstan decreased three times - Health Minister

ASTANA. November 28. KAZINFORM The level of maternal mortality decreased three times over the past 11 months, Kazakh Health Minister Salidat Kairbekova told a briefing in the Central Communications Service, Kazinform refers to primeminister.kz.
Child mortality was reduced by 25 percent. In addition, the Minister noted that there is a positive trend in mortality from cardiovascular diseases and injuries and poisonings.
"We achieve a reduction in mortality from cancer, and all this extends life expectancy," she said.
