Massimov surveys new center facilities

ASTANA. May 28. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ As the State Supervision Commission was inspecting the progress of the new center development, Prime Minister Karim Massimov and Astana Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov visited several major construction sites in the new center of Astana.
In particular, the State Commission visited two housing projects performed by Bazis-A corporation in the Yessil district of Astana city.
Another facility surveyed was Khan Shatyry ("Royal Marquee") Entertainment Center which is supposed to be completed in December, 2009. The cost of the project is USD 232 mln.
The Commission members also visited a troubled project of shared construction. It was noted that the first group of home owners will be able to move in their new apartments in August, 2009.
The survey of Bogenbai batyr avenue reconstruction and construction of Hump-Back bridge overhead roads accomplished the visiting session.
