Man rapes disabled woman in Almaty rgn

The local police station has reseived a statement from Dolan village citizen, who said that his 47-year-old sister - the challenged person was raped by an unknown person.

The police officers without delay have detained a 32-year-old man who lived in the same village. The detainee confessed to the crime, saying that he was not responsible for his actions due to alcoholic intoxication.

The investigation of the criminal case is being carried out.
