Man raked near Keruen mall in Astana

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - On January 26 two citizens of Uzbekistan have raked a man near "Keruen" shopping mall in Astana, the press office of the Department of Internal Affairs of Astana reports.
«Unknown persons using a stun gun injured the resident of Almaty born in 1979 near ''Keruen'' shopping mall», the statement reads.
According to the press service, the police on suspicion of committing acts of hooliganism has arrested two suspects, one of whom is Uzbek-born living in the capital with a residentce permit. Another detainee is a citizen of Uzbekistan who was previously brought to administrative responsibility for violating immigration laws of RK.
The detainees have been put into the detention center of the Astana Internal Affairs Department.
