Man dies of hypothermia in steppe, Ministry of Emergencies says

ASTANA. January 18. KAZINFORM A man's body was found in the steppe not far away from Karakaska village in the Karaganda region, Kazinform refers to the Ministry of Emergencies.
The man is believed to die from hypothermia.
