Man arrested in Aktobe for stealing... socks

AKTOBE. August 20. KAZINFORM A theft of 17 pairs of socks was solved last Saturday in Aktobe.
According to the local police, a 44-year-old tramp who stole 17 pairs of socks was caught at 2:00 p.m. at the central market.
The suspect confessed he wanted to resell the nicked socks.
An investigation has been initiated.
