Majilis ratifies Protocol on amendments to Treaty on CU Customs Code
ANA. June 3. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Majilis has approved draft Law "On ratification of the Protocol on amendments to the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Customs Union as of November 27, 2009" at a plenary session.
"In accordance with decision of the Interstate Council of Eurasian Economic Community at the level of heads of state, the sides adopted the Protocol on amendments to the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Customs Union", Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev said introducing the bill.
The Minister noted that the amendments are aimed at improvement of working conditions for foreign economic activity participants.
The Protocol on amendments to the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Customs Union as of November 27, 2009 was signed in Moscow on April 16, 2010.
