Majilis ratifies Kazakhstan-UAE agr't on mutual legal assistance on criminal matters

TANA. September 28. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament approved a draft law "On ratification of the agreement between Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates on mutual legal assistance on criminal matters" at its plenary sitting on Wednesday.
The agreement was signed on March 16, 2009. The document provides for a wide range of mutual proceedings and collection of evidence.
