Majilis Chairman meets with authorities of Sandyktau municipality of Akmola oblast
KOKSHETAU. February 9. KAZINFORM /Zhanmurat Zhanaidarov/ Majilis Chairman Ural Mukhamedzhanov has participated in a meeting of authorities of the Sandyktau municipality of Akmola oblast, at which the President's Message to the Nation has been discussed.
Ural Mukhamedzhanov answered the questions on priority directions of the social-economic development of the country set in the Message. He noted that from April 1, 2010 wage of public sector employees and scholarships of students will increase by 25 percent, pensions were increased from the beginning of the year. Besides, provisions on improvement of education and medical service are set in the Message.
The Majilis Speaker visited ski resort of the national value, workshop on vegetable oil production, breeding farms, familiarized with housing construction and put a pat on the back.
He talked to residents of the Maximov rural district, got acquainted with work of agrarian enterprises. He paid special attention to the issues of rural youth employment.
