Majilis approves amendments to legislation on shared construction

ASTANA. April 29. KAZINFORM. /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament has approved a draft law ?On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of participation in the shared construction?.
The document is aimed at increasing protection of rights of interest holders. The draft law envisages establishment of a state body for control over relations between developers and interest holders. The new amendments toughen requirements to a developer concerning solvency and qualification.
The Majilis also amended the Law ?On licensing? concerning the issue of a license to developers.
