Majilis approves amendments to health legislation

ASTANA. April 8. KAZINFORM. /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament has approved a draft law ?On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts on the issues of healthcare? at its plenary sitting today.
The document envisages amendments to the Criminal Code on criminal liability for breaching the practice of clinical examination by a medical officer; the Administrative Code includes establishing liability for breaching requirements of the legislation on sale of tobacco and strong drinks; the Labor Code envisages establishing and reinforcing safeguards to donors in the days of giving blood and its components.
