Majilis approves amendments on arbitral tribunal activity and international commercial arbitration

ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Majilis has approved the draft Law ?On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on improvement of arbitral tribunal activity and international commercial arbitration? in the first reading at a plenary session; Kazinform reports.
The draft Law is directed to legislative regulation of the state immunity and its property from the international arbitration and arbitration proceedings, and delineation of jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal and commercial arbitration and etc.
