Majilis approved ratification of Statute of Court of Eurasian Economic Community

Vice Minister of Justice of Kazakhstan Amirkhan Amanbayev representing the bill noted that the Statute of the Court of the EurAsEC was signed on July of 2010 in Astana. The Court was established to consider disputes between the Customs Union member states and partner countries. The Statute of the Court of the EurAsEC defines responsibilities and order of work of the Court. The decision of the Court is obligatory for Customs Union member countries and its partner states.

The EurAsEC Court is located in the city of Minsk.
