Majilis approved in the first reading draft law harmonizing CU antitrust laws

ASTANA. October 24. KAZINFORM At its plenary session the Kazakh Majilis approved in the first reading the draft Law of Kazakhstan "On amendments to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on competition".
Kazakh Economic Development and Trade Minister Yerbolat Dosayev representing the draft law noted it is purposed to harmonize the antitrust laws of the Customs Union member states within the Single Economic Space of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. Besides, the draft law provides for reducing administrative burden and improving business climate.
