Majilis approved bill on guaranteed transfer from National Fund for 2012-2014

ASTANA. October 13. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Majilis had approved draft Law "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund for 2012-2014" at a plenary session.
"The guaranteed transfer is defined to the amount of KZT 1.2 trln annually during three years. The bill adoption will promote implementation of budgetary investment projects in the medium term as well as give opportunity to ensure financing of other expenses of the National budget and will not lad to negative socio-economic and legal consequences," Minister of Economic Development and Trade Kairat Kelimbetov said introducing the draft Law.
