Main provisions of President's Address discussed in Beijing

BEIJING. February 17. KAZINFORM /Ruslan Suleimenov/ The Kazakh Embassy in China held a workshop on discussing the main provisions of the Kazakh President's Address to the Nation with participation of Chinese diplomats, party officials, scientists and experts.

Kazakh Ambassador to China Ikram Adyrbekov informed that in order of importance, volume and level of the tasks set the recent Address of the President could be rightfully considered as a strategic development plan of the country for the future. Thus, special attention is paid to the living standards of ordinary people, improvement of their material and social provisions, housing and utilities.

I.Adyrbekov also noted that the President's Address put the priority on forced economic modernization through effective implementation of the Forced Innovative Industrialization Program.

"In this regard, I would like to emphasize such provisions as the increased support of innovative institutions, industrial productions, agro-industrial complex, small and medium business", the Ambassador said.

Speaking of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence in 2011 I.Adyrbekov said that many tasks set by the Address were dedicated to the upcoming event.

Regarding the economic situation the Head of the Kazakh diplomatic mission said that Kazakhstan has successfully and with minimum losses overcame the most dangerous period of the global economic crisis. Today the country is moving towards stable post-crisis development.
