Main goal of state programs - improvement of wellbeing of our people

The professor thinks that the key moment of the President's Address was the phrase about improvement of the wellbeing of the people of Kazakhstan.

"The Head of State rightfully noted that the accent and attention should be shifted towards issues of social modernization since the industrialization and technological development plans have been determined. Three more important state programs have been approved recently. These are development of education, healthcare and languages," R. Bakirov said.

"The unemployment was significantly reduced within the realization of the Road Map Program for two years. The infrastructure is improved in our cities and villages. The people of Kazakhstan ardently support these programs and express their gratitude for them. Nevertheless, we have to learn new professions because we have plenty of new enterprises developing in the country," he noted.

"Our Government thinks about employment first. This is what will have an impact on the wellbeing of the people," the professor added.
