Macedonian leader invited President Nazarbayev to his country
ASTANA. July 2. KAZINFORM President of Macedonia Gjorge Ivanov invited Nursultan Nazarbayev to pay a visit to his country during the top-level meeting at the Presidential Residence Akorda.
"I would like to invite you to the Republic of Macedonia," Gjorge Ivanov said. Having stressed that Macedonia was a friend of Kazakhstan the guest assured his Kazakhstani counterpart the country wanted to have more friendly relations with the Central Asian countries.
In addition, President of Macedonia expressed interested in Kazakhstani tourists who could come to his country that boasts rich history and students who could study in Macedonia.
The sales turnover between Kazakhstan and Macedonia made USD 1.063 million in 2011. In January-April 2012 the analogous rate made USD 379.5 thousand and almost doubled in comparison with the same period last year.
