M. Shvydkoi: Strategy-2050 - demonstration of right decision
MOSCOW. KAZINFORM - The program of strategic development of the country till 2050 that was initiated by President N. Nazarbayev is demonstration of the correctly chosen way of development, public figure, special representative of the Russian President for international cultural cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoi told to a Kazinform correspondent at the scientific conference called "Kazakhstan way": factors of stability and sustainable development".
"The strategy of Kazakhstan is truly productive because it provides for a positive change of the structure of the economy and increase of intellectual products," M. Shvydkoi said.
In turn, according to him, the change of the structure of the economy implying increase of intellectual products is a great investment - investment into human resources.
"Presently, human resources are considered to be the main resources of the country. In this regard, we have to understand that Kazakhstan preserving interethnic accord has a great potential and opportunities," M. Shvydkoi added.
