M.Kul-Mukhammed appointed Advisor to Kazakh President

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed has been designated the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akorda's press service reports.
The corresponding decree was signed by President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
