LUKOIL to do its best to help Kazakhstan?s economy grow ? Vahid Alakbarov

According to him, creation of national oil service companies using foreign capital and technologies, international certification of the Kazakh production, introduction of modern programs of specialists retraining will promote the level of Kazakhstan?s content. ?Companies-investors and LUKOIL are ready to assist Kazakhstan in achievement of these goals?, Vahid Alakbarov said. He noted that the main task for countries-manufacturers of crude hydrocarbons is to prevent the sharp reduction of the investments into the oil and gas industry. He assured President Nursultan Nazarbayev that LUKOIL will apply its best efforts to help Kazakhstan?s economy and people's welfare grow.
