Library for blind people successfully functions in Pavlodar

PAVLODAR. August 8. KAZINFORM /Nikolai Kuznetsov/ Pavlodar celebrated the 4 anniversary of the decree on establishment of libraries for blind and partially sighted people.
Single specialized library of the region provides with books in Braille and educates people with vision deficiency for computers.
Absence of a school for blind makes problems for blind children in studying the Braille system.
