Lessons at schools cancelled for 1-4 grades in Astana

ASTANA. December 5. KAZINFORM - Due to strong wind lessons for pupils of 1-4 grades of the first shift are cancelled in the capital. This was reported to astana.kz in the metropolitan Administration of education.
The wind speed amounts to 10-15 m/s with gusts reaching 18 m/s.
“Due to the cold spell and strong wind lessons at city schools are cancelled today for pupils of 1-4 grades of the first shift”, - they reported in the agency.
According to the RHE “Kazgidromet”, air temperature in the capital amounted to -3 -5°C at night, and in the daytime it is -2 -4°C with wind gusts reaching 15-20 m/s. forecasters expect partly cloudy weather, occasional snow and ground blizzard.
