Legislative acts on President's special powers enter into force

ASTANA. June 15.KAZINFORM On June 14, 2010 one-month period set by the Constitution for signing the Constitutional Law and the Law on improvement of legislation in the sphere of activities of the First Kazakh President - the Leader of Nation by the Head of the State expired.
The Head of the State didn't sign the Laws during the period set. At the same time, these laws were signed by the chairpersons of the Senate and Majilis and Prime Minister. And in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitution it demonstrates the legal correctness of these laws and the legal responsibility of officials for its legitimacy. The texts of the Constitutional Law and the Law are published in press, Khabar informs.
