Leaders of Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia eye results of Minsk meeting

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Heads of Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia, the three states of the Customs Union, plus Ukraine and representatives of the European Union discussed Tuesday results of the meeting in Minsk, Kazinform has learnt from the Akorda press service.

Nursultan Nazarbayev, Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko noted the importance of efforts exerted to stabilize situation in Ukraine. The heads of states also touched upon cooperation within the framework of the Custom Union and the Eurasian Economic Union that will officially go into effect in January 2015.
