MOSCOW. July 12. KAZINFORM The launch of a Soyuz-2 booster with six U.S. Globalstar communications satellites from the Baikonur space centre in Kazakhstan has been delayed for a second time due to technical reasons, a spokesman for the Federal Space Agency told Itar-Tass on Tuesday, Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
"The state commission ruled to postpone the launch to a backup date until all faults exposed during the Soyuz-2 pre-start operations are remedied," the spokesman said.
