ASTANA. April 7. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev received a telegram of congratulations on his reelection from President of Latvia Valdis Zatlers; Kazinform refers to the presidential press service.
Mr. Zatlers wished success in work and expressed confidence in further development of bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Latvia.
