Largest transport and logistics center to be built in Aktobe

AKTOBE. KAZINFORM - Akim of the region Arhimed Mukhambetov, speaking at a reporting meeting with the population, announced that a new airport will be constructed in the city of Aktobe.
He noted that the transport and logistics center will be the largest in the western Kazakhstan. The project has been initiated by "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" NC. Complex services of the center will reduce the transport costs of large suppliers to 30 percent. The Governor stressed that total investment in the projects, which will be launched in Aktobe region in 2015, will reach 623 billion tenge. About 11,300 jobs will be created during construction.
