KZT 64bln budgeted into preparation for VII Asian Winter Games

ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM. /Serik Sabekov/ KZT 64 billion was budgeted into preparation for the VII Asian Winter Games this year. In whole it is planned to spend over KZT 100 billion for this purpose. Vice Minister of Tourism and Sport Ministry of Kazakhstan Talgat Yermegiyayev has made it public at a press conference in the Ministry today.
?The amount of funds necessary for the next year preparations will be specified and announced in a month?, he said.
According to the Vice Minister, nine sports facilities in Astana and Almaty will be used for the Asian Games 2011. To date the works on reconstruction and building is on schedule and will be finished in the first half of 2010.
