KZT 4.8 bln budgeted in housing and utilities infrastructure development in Almaty region

TALDYKORGAN. May 26. KAZINFORM. /Sandugash Duissenova/ Reconstruction and development of housing and utilities infrastructure including water, heat, power and gas supply in Almaty region is one of the most important directions of realization of the Kazakh President?s Address to the Nation ?Through Crisis to Renovation and Prosperity?.
According to chief of the regional energy and communal property department Yzgarbek Bektursynov, the Akim of Almaty region and Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade concluded agreement on implementation of the Road Map projects.
Total volume of transfers for the projects realization is about KZT 4.8 billion, including KZT 1.9 billion from the local budget. 6,360 new jobs will be created. Water and heat supply facilities will be built in several villages.
