KZT 2.8 bln spent for reconstruction of 133 educational facilities in Zhambyl region

MBYL REGION. August 27. KAZINFORM /Galina Skripnik/ Following the results of 2008 over KZT 3 bln were used in the region for construction of educational facilities; Governor of the region Boribay Zheksembin said at the session today.
KZT 2 bln were allocated for reconstruction of 133 educational facilities within the Road Map Program. In addition, KZT 850 mln were allotted for this purpose from the local budget whereas 260 schools will be reconstructed in total.
Five schools were put into service under the '100 Schools, 100 Hospitals' Program in 2008. The other five schools of Zhambyl region will be put in commission this year.
