KZT 15 bln for Bolashak Program in 2012
ASTANA. April 9. KAZINFORM About KZT 15 billion is planned to be allocated for Bolashak Program in 2012, according to deputy head of strategic planning and information technology department of the Ministry of Education and Science Akerke Ablaikhan.
One of the features of the competition in 2012 is the introduction of program-target method of training. Now the applicants when filing the documents will present a request from the employer for training a specialist with the condition of preservation of job. After awarding the scholarship there will be signed a tripartite agreement for the provision of training between a scholarship holder, the Center for International Programs and an employer.
In addition Abylaikhan informed that this year the Center received applications for training 2113 people abroad.
