Kyrgyzstan plans to import 3 billion kWh of electricity in 2024, Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic Taalaibek Ibraev said, Kabar reports.
He said that negotiations are currently underway with Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Russia.
