Kyrgyzstan confirmed its intention to join CU

SAINT PETERSBURG. October 19. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "Kyrgyzstan has once again confirmed its intention to join the Customs Union that groups Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus," acting Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Omurbek Babanov told.
"On April 19, 2011 the country applied for the CU membership. We set up a working group. At today's restricted attendance meeting of the EurAsEC Interstate Council a decision has been made... Now we will focus on a concrete action plan for Kyrgyzstan's accession to the Customs Union," Babanov told the EurAsEC Interstate Council's enlarged session.
