Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov arrives in Astana
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov arrived in Astana on a working visit today, September 17, to participate in the second meeting of the heads of state of Central Asia and the Federal Chancellor of Germany, Kabar reports.
The plane landed at the international airport of the capital of Kazakhstan.
Sadyr Zhaparov was met by Deputy Prime Minister - Chief of the Staff of the Government of Kazakhstan Galymzhan Koishybayev and other officials.
A guard of honor was lined up at the international airport.
As part of the visit, President Sadyr Zhaparov will also take part in a meeting of the presidents of Central Asian countries with German entrepreneurs, hold a separate meeting with the German business community, and hold bilateral talks with Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz.
It was reported earlier President of Uzbekistan departed for a working visit to Kazakhstan.
