Kyrgyz president proposes declaring Jalal-Abad tourist capital of Turkic world in 2025

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov, at a meeting of the heads of countries participating in the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), proposed declaring Jalal-Abad city of Kygyzstan the tourist capital of the Turkic world in 2025, which is located on one of the branches of the Great Silk Road, Kazinform Agency cites Kabar.
Sadyr Zhaparov is taking part in the 10th Summit of Organization of Turkic States in Astana.
During the event, he also proposed to jointly develop the tourism industry.
Earlier it was reported that 12 documents had been signed following the 10th OTS Summit in Astana.
