Kostanay police seek hit-and-run driver

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM Police are looking for the person and the vehicle involved in a hit-and-run in Kostanay that left the bike rider severely injured. The accident occurred early Thursday morning, the regional internal affairs department said.
The 26-year-old rider was taken to hospital with multiple fractures and head injury.
Police also hope the public can help them identify the unknown driver.
