Koshanov to head Kazakh Prime Minister's Office

ASTANA. February 2. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Yerlan Koshanov is appointed as head of the Kazakh Prime Minister's Office.
Premier Karim Massimov introduced him to the staff.
