“Koguryo – light of ancient culture of East Asia” exhibition opened in Astana
ASTANA. July 22. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ "Exhibition of wall paintings from the Koguryo Tombs "Koguryo - light of the ancient culture of East Asia" has been opened today in Astana", President of the Northeast Asian History Foundation Kim Yong-deok (Korea) said at the press conference in Kazinform press center.
"We hope that the exhibition will serve as a place of acquaintance of Kazakhstanis with wonderful culture of Koguryo. The exhibition can be considered as the next stage in the development of comprehensive relations between our states", Kim Yong-deok noted.
Visiting the exhibition, Astana citizens and guests will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and history of Koguryo - one of the four most powerful states of East Asia that was the cultural center of the region.
