KMG develops proposals on creation of new jobs and employment of dismissed oil workers

KMG Director General Alik Aidarbayev has told at a meeting with the bloggers; pm.kz reports.

"As the President instructed, we will try to find ways to create new jobs and employ those people. We understand that the company should adopt a managing code. The main mistake in the emerged labor dispute laid in inefficiency of the dialogue. It is not the time to sprinkle ashes upon our heads. We need to work," A.Aidarbayev emphasized.

The head of the company gave details on the resolution of issues regarding the employment of the oil workers. "We had a meeting with the fired oil workers and told them that we planned to establish a drilling company. Moreover, we plan to increase the drill footage. However, the project must be a good one with the attraction of investors. But people say they won't work there and claim to hire them back in our company. But we cannot do it. Some of the oil workers are thinking over our proposals and some of them accepted it. Totally, 991 people were fired. We will contact with those who disagree and reach a compromise," A.Aidarbayev resumed.
