KIOGE-2010 Forum kicks off in Almaty
ALMATY. October 7. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ Opening ceremony of the International Oil and Gas Forum KIOGE-2010 has been held in Almaty today. Sectoral two-day conference was opened within the Forum as well.
Kazakh Minister of Oil and Gas Sauat Mynbayev, CEO of "KazMunaiGas" National Company Kairgeldy Kabyldin, British Caspian Energy Adviser Angus Miller and others took part in the ceremony.
The exposition consists of products of 500 companies from 30 countries of the world. The power of domestic and world energy sector will be presented there within four days.
According to S.Mynbayev, the issues to be discussed at KIOGE-2010 Forum outline the current results of development and potential of the oil and gas sector of Kazakhstan promoting intensive experience exchange in the field of advanced technologies introduction between foreign and domestic companies.
