Khorgos centre placed into trust of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy

TANA. August 31. KAZINFORM By the Resolution of the Government Khorgos international centre of border cooperation is placed into trust of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, the company's press service reports.
This step is pursuant to the President's instruction to make Kazakhstan Central Asia's business hub of trade and logistics by 2016.
Khorgos international centre of border cooperation is one of the largest projects initiated by the Presidents of Kazakhstan and China. The project is purposed to facilitate trade with China, boost transit potential of both countries, and realize "East Europe-East China" transcontinental corridor project.
