KHL: Barys downed by Avangard at home

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Barys players have suffered a 1:3 defeat from HC Avangard in Astana on Friday night, Kazinform has learnt from the KHL's official website.
Dustin Boyd of Barys scored the opener only in the beginning of the second stanza. After that the Omsk-based Avangard didn't give Barys a chance to win the match by scoring three goals in a row. Next time Barys will vie against HC Salavat Yulaev in Ufa, Russia on November 18.
